With a valid maintenance plan number or contract ID number, you may create a Flexera Software Online Support Account (eService) to manage your support incidents and interact with Technical Support Engineers as well as submit, update, and check the real-time status of your requests using our web-based support portal.  In addition, you may also do the following:

• Attach log files, images, and small sample projects

• Review all support incidents submitted from your company for your specific location

• Access all support resources - Knowledge Base articles, Documentation, Product User Guides, and more - in one convenient location
 
• View your registered Flexera Software products and maintenance plans

Notes: Flexera Software eService makes use of cookies. Please make sure cookies are enabled in your browser before entering Flexera Software eService. Also, the eService Web-based support system was designed for XGA resolution at 1024x768 or higher. If you are using a lower resolution, please change your resolution to at least 1024 x 748 prior to signing into eService. A new parameter, CapturedUsingVersion, has been added to the [BuildOptions] section of the package.ini file (which is generated when the ThinApp application is built) to indicate the version of ThinApp that was used to originally capture the package. This parameter is required when using ThinApp 4.6.2.

Possible values are:

CapturedUsingVersion=3.X
CapturedUsingVersion=4.X

IOA-000068406 InstallShield 2011 does not launch after you upgrade AdminStudio 10.0 to AdminStudio 11.0.
IOA-000068410 When using Windows Authentication, you are unable to import packages from the Application Catalog into Automated Application Converter. Connection to the Application Catalog fails.
IOA-000068620 When a Windows Installer package is reimported into the Application Catalog, the value in the Install Command Line field on the Programs subtab of the Deployment Data tab of the Application Manager Package View is not being updated with the latest software ID tag transform information. The software ID tag transform information should be added to the TRANSFORMS= property.
IOA-000068836 Due to a bad context location that is set when AdminStudio publishes a package to Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager, published packages fail when you attempt to install them on Configuration Manager client machines.
